Privacy Policy

THD Agentic Systems LLC ("Showing Signal," "we," "us") operates the Showing Signal service at showingsignal.thdstack.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service. By using Showing Signal, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account. We collect ShowingTime integration data: confirmation email content read from the inbox you connect (Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP with an app password), including buyer names, buyer phone numbers and email addresses (when present in the confirmation), property addresses, and showing timestamps. We collect CRM connection credentials: API keys or OAuth tokens you provide to connect Follow Up Boss or kvCORE. We collect usage data: showing event counts, sequence delivery logs, and error logs for service reliability.

We use your information to provide the service: parsing ShowingTime confirmation emails, writing structured data to your connected CRM, and triggering email sequences. We use it to operate and improve the service: diagnosing delivery failures, monitoring parser accuracy, and updating integrations when upstream email formats change. We use payment information to process your subscription through Stripe. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your CRM or showing data for any purpose other than delivering the service you configured.

Showing Signal processes and routes showing event data in real time. Raw email content is parsed and discarded — we retain structured event records (buyer ID, property, timestamp, workflow outcome) for 90 days to support troubleshooting and your event log. CRM API credentials are stored encrypted at rest. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@thdstack.com.

We use Stripe for payment processing — your card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not Showing Signal. We connect to Follow Up Boss and kvCORE on your behalf using credentials you provide. We send email sequences through a third-party email delivery provider. Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policy.

Showing Signal encrypts all stored credentials and API keys at rest. All connections between Showing Signal and third-party services use TLS. We conduct periodic security reviews of our integration surface. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe there has been a security incident involving your account, contact support@thdstack.com immediately.

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you. You may request correction of inaccurate data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@thdstack.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
