Terms of Service

By accessing or using Showing Signal ("the Service"), operated by THD Agentic Systems LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Showing Signal is a middleware automation service that parses ShowingTime confirmation emails forwarded by the user and triggers automated workflows including CRM updates and email sequences. The Service requires users to provide third-party credentials (ShowingTime email forwarding and CRM API keys) to function.

Showing Signal is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file on each billing date. If payment fails, the Service will be suspended until payment is resolved. Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact support@thdstack.com and we will issue a full refund of your first month's payment. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and does not apply to renewals.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for cancellations after the 14-day guarantee window.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: automating post-showing follow-up communications for licensed real estate activity. You may not use the Service to send spam, harass recipients, or violate applicable communications laws including CAN-SPAM. You are responsible for ensuring your email sequences comply with applicable law.

All showing data, CRM data, and contact records processed by the Service remain your property. The Company does not claim any ownership over your data. You grant the Company a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability. The Service depends on third-party integrations (ShowingTime email delivery, CRM APIs, email delivery providers) that are outside our control. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platform changes, outages, or format modifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. The Company is not liable for any lost deals, missed follow-ups, or consequential damages arising from Service interruptions or failures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
